We’ve probably all dealt with our share of wonderful customer service conversations – and by wonderful I actually mean horrible. Even if you’re lucky enough to get someone who is actually helpful and willing to listen, chances are you had to wait a good portion of your free time to actually reach them!

But when Jay Whalley had a problem with a blazer he bought from ASOS, he decided to get a little creative in how he reached out to them – and got the best customer service response ever!
